Never bought USDT? Here is how, in five steps
Think of USDT as dollars on a blockchain: one USDT tracks roughly one US dollar. The vault only takes it on TRON (TRC20) - low fees, and a confirmed transfer in about a minute.
- Open a crypto exchange or a wallet app available in your country and buy USDT there with a card or a bank transfer. Get a bit more than the price, since the app charges a small fee to send it.
- On this page, choose Premium or a credit pack while signed in to a free account. Checkout then lists the exact amount with its extra decimals, our TRON address and a QR code, and keeps your order open for 30 minutes.
- Back in your app, tap Withdraw or Send, choose USDT and set the network to TRON (TRC20). ERC20 and BEP20 will not work: a transfer on any other network never lands in the vault.
- Paste the address and enter the amount with every decimal. Some apps subtract their fee from what you type - if yours does, add the fee on top so the exact checkout amount is what arrives.
- Confirm the transfer and leave checkout open. When the network confirms it, the vault matches it to your order automatically, Premium or credits land on your account, and checkout updates without a reload.

How do I pay for Premium or credits?
Sign in to a free account and pick a plan or a credit pack above. Checkout shows an exact USDT amount and our TRON address; send that amount from any wallet or exchange app within 30 minutes and the order completes itself. Cards and bank transfers are not accepted here.
What does USDT TRC20 mean?
USDT, also called Tether, is a stablecoin built to hold a value of about one US dollar. TRC20 means the USDT token on the TRON network - the only network this site takes, because fees are low and confirmation takes about a minute. The five steps above get you from zero to paid.
Why do I have to send such an exact amount?
The extra decimals make your amount unique among open orders, so the payment is matched to you with no memo, screenshot or form. Copy it to the last digit. A transfer with any other amount cannot be matched automatically - it is held for you, not lost; email [email protected] and we sort it out.
How fast does the payment go through?
Normally within a minute or two of sending. Your order stays open for 30 minutes, and a transfer that arrives up to two hours after that still gets matched. If nothing has shown up an hour after the network confirmed it, email [email protected] with the amount and when you sent it.
Is Premium a subscription that renews?
No - it is a one-off payment for the period you choose, with nothing set to renew and nothing to cancel. When the period is over you drop back to a free account; your chats and any credits you have not spent stay put, and credits do not expire.
Do you give refunds?
Purchases are digital and delivered instantly, so they are final as a rule. We do fix it every time if you paid and got nothing, sent an amount that matched no order, paid one order twice, or lost access through a fault of ours. See the refund policy for how it works.
What shows up on my bank statement?
Nothing from us: there is no card billing on this site, and if you buy USDT by card your statement names the exchange only. We store your email, your orders and each transfer reference with its sending address - never card details or wallet keys. Read the privacy policy for the rest.
What happens when I hit the daily message limit?
A visitor without an account gets 15 messages a day and a free account gets 30. Past that, each message is paid with credits (1 per message), or Premium removes the daily cap. The counter resets the next day and your chat history is kept.
